Refund Policy

1. Advance Payments
All advance payments made toward design or construction services are strictly non-refundable once the project initiation process begins. This includes site visits, measurements, conceptual planning, drafting, or resource allocation.

2. Design Stage Refunds
If the client chooses to cancel the project before the first design draft is delivered, up to 50% of the advance may be refundable.
After the initial design or conceptual layout has been shared, no refunds will be issued.

3. Construction Stage Refunds
Once construction materials have been purchased, labour has been assigned, or on-site work has commenced, refunds will not be provided. Any additional costs arising from cancellation will be borne by the client.

4. Dissatisfaction With Service
Revisions and modifications will be provided as per the agreed scope of work. Refunds cannot be claimed on the basis of personal preference or dissatisfaction after deliverables have been submitted.

5. Special Cases
In exceptional situations such as natural disasters or genuine emergencies, refund requests may be reviewed at management’s discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.
