Terms & Conditions
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes through discussion and mutual agreement. If a resolution is not reached, the matter will proceed under the laws and jurisdiction of the local courts where the company is registered.
Scope of Work
The official proposal or agreement clearly defines all services, deliverables, and responsibilities. If any work falls outside the agreed scope, it will require additional approval and will result in extra charges.
Payment Terms
Clients must follow the milestone-based payment schedule provided. If payments are delayed, we may pause work, and delivery timelines may shift accordingly.
Project Timelines
We plan and estimate timelines carefully. However, delivery may change due to site conditions, delays in material supply, regulatory processes, or any unforeseen event.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project details, timely approvals, and full site access. If approvals or permissions are delayed, the overall project timeline may extend.
Intellectual Property Rights
All drawings, renderings, concepts, and blueprints belong to the company. A transfer of ownership is possible only when stated in a written and approved agreement.
Quality & Workmanship
We follow industry-standard construction practices to ensure quality. However, natural wear and tear, misuse, or external damage does not fall under any service warranty.
Regulatory Compliance
Clients are responsible for arranging required permits, approvals, or government documentation—unless the agreement explicitly includes these services.
Third-Party Vendors
We may work with subcontractors or third-party vendors when necessary. Although we coordinate with them, we are not liable for delays caused by external parties unless previously agreed in writing.
Project Modifications
Clients may request design or material changes; however, such modifications will require additional approval, revised timelines, and updated pricing.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by external agencies, incorrect inputs from the client, or unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.
